Scannery Selected for CORPFIT Innovation Project

We are proud to share an important milestone for Scannery: our project CORPFIT has been selected for funding through the Invest BW Innovation IV program.

CORPFIT stands for “Cybersichere On-Demand Real-time Passform-Fertigung Individueller Teamwear” and brings together three partners from Baden-Württemberg: Key-Work, Mictex and Scannery

The goal of the project is ambitious and highly practical at the same time: to create a secure end to end platform that connects body measurement, product configuration and on demand manufacturing.

Today, the production of corporate fashion, workwear and teamwear is still often based on manual measurements, size tables, physical samples and long coordination processes. This leads to delays, unnecessary stock, avoidable returns and products that often do not fit as well as they should.

CORPFIT aims to change that.

With a short 3D scan from a scanning station, body data can be captured digitally. From this data, Scannery’s technology helps generate the measurements and digital fitting information needed for the next steps. These data can then flow into product configuration and, ultimately, into machine connected production processes.

The vision is a workflow where a person is scanned, a garment is configured and the required production data is created without unnecessary manual steps in between.

For Scannery, this project is an important step towards a broader use of digital body measurement in real industrial workflows. Our technology is not only about capturing body data. It is about turning that data into something useful: better fit, faster processes and more efficient production.

We are excited to start this journey together with our partners and to contribute to making Baden-Württemberg a leading region for digital and sustainable textile innovation.
