Scannery - From Scan to Perfect Fit
Scannery and BodyLoop combine high-speed 3D scanning with advanced AI body measurement technology to create accurate sizing and made-to-measure workflows for uniforms, protective equipment, and apparel.

Scanning in 1 Second
The BodyLoop from our partner Vitronic scanner captures the human body within approximately one second using a network of synchronized sensors and cameras.
The process is contactless, fast, and highly accurate, making it ideal for high-throughput environments such as military, police, PPE, and industrial outfitting.

Create a Digital Body Model and Extract Measurements
Scannery postprocesses the raw scan into a detailed digital body model.
The software automatically identifies anatomical landmarks and extracts precise body measurements with millimeter level consistency.
Face data is anonymised and processed in fully GDPR compliant workflows. Depending on the project requirements, the system can operate online or offline, including restricted environments with specific data handling and deletion policies.
This creates a standardized digital representation of the person that can be analyzed, stored and integrated into existing workflows.

Use ISO or Custom Measurements for Sizing and Production
The extracted data can be used with standardized ISO measurements or fully customized measurement sets depending on the application.
From helmets and protective vests to uniforms, gloves and boots, the system enables automated size recommendations, digital fitting workflows, custom garment production, anthropometric analysis and data driven procurement and inventory optimization.
For international projects, user interfaces, reports and export structures can be adapted to different languages and customer specific workflows.
